According to Tulsa police, officers are searching for a suspect that was involved in a deadly altercation outside the Midnight Rodeo on Oct. 6.
Police say 34-year-old Thomas Harley was punched during the altercation and received injuries to his head when it hit the pavement.
Hurley was transported to a local hospital where he died on Tuesday, October 8, police say.
Police say the original call to EMSA went in as a "fall".
Homicide Detectives are now investigating the case.
This is the 49th homicide in 40 weeks, that's 1.23 homicides per week for the year of 2019.
