Tulsa police are combing through evidence determined to find a suspected killer who shot and killed 80-year-old James Rosenlieb.

Investigators searched a home for six hours before clearing the scene.

Handfuls of evidence were brought out in paper bags as investigators cased the area, taking pictures and gathering as much information as possible.

This crime committed here in a quiet neighborhood off 52nd Street in south Tulsa... Causing some shock to those who live nearby.

Right now... There is no suspect information available for investigators.

The intruder apparently went unseen by everyone accept the man he is accused of shooting and killing.

But that isn't deterring investigators. They believe they've collected enough evidence to connect someone to the crime.

"The shooter needs to know that he has made a lot of mistakes and we will be recovering that evidence here shortly," Sgt. Dave Walker said. "He is caught, but we just need to know who he is and where they're at."

It's unclear what evidence police have found, but they feel confident it will lead to an arrest.

Police also say they believe this intruder did not act alone and someone out there knows something.

Sgt. Walker says the other person involved has one opportunity to come forward.

Detectives say this homicide has a similar likeness to a homicide that happened back in October in south Tulsa.
