TULSA -- Tulsa Police are searching for a woman they say set an apartment on fire before hitting someone with her car.
Police say the incident happened in midtown Tulsa late Sunday night.
Police say they aren’t sure if the suspect hit the victim accidentally or on purpose. When investigators find the suspect, she could face arson and assault charges.
