Frederick “Freddy” Johnson, 39, is wanted in connection to the fatal wreck that occurred August 13 at the 3100th block of East Admiral Place, reports Tulsa police.

The pedestrian, Jennifer Sullivan, was riding her skateboard westbound when a vehicle heading westbound struck her, then continued on.

Johnson is described as a white male, 6-foot-3, 170 pounds with brown eyes and hair.

The vehicle believed to have been used in the wreck was described as a white Chevrolet single cab long bed pickup.

Investigators say the pickup might have a red or maroon right front quarter panel, no hood or front bumper and possible chains hanging from the back bumper.
