TULSA -- A man is dead after being hit by a car in south Tulsa.
The crash happened just before midnight Wednesday on the exit ramp from US-75 southbound onto 71st westbound.
Tulsa Police identified the victim as a middle-aged white male. They have not released his name.
The suspect, according to officers, is a juvenile. She will be charged with first-degree manslaughter and booked into jail.
Officers said they were questioning the suspect and administering a blood test to determine if she was under the influence at the time of the crash.
The investigation is ongoing.
