Tulsa police have arrested one person after a shooting at a south Tulsa apartment complex.
The shooting happened at 11:30 p.m. Friday night at Willows condominiums near East 71st Street and South Lewis avenue.
Investigators said a group of people were gathered inside an apartment and got into an argument, which escalated to the suspect shooting the victim twice.
Authorities said the suspect then fled the scene, and was tracked down by a police helicopter and arrested.
The victim was transported to the hospital and is in stable condition.
