TULSA — Tulsa police arrested and booked a juvenile in connection to the Northwest Tulsa shooting Sunday morning.

Police say the victim was invited inside an apartment and was hanging out for some time.

Hours later, the suspect who lived at the apartment confronted him, police say.

The victim left the apartment in an attempt to get away from the suspect, but the suspect followed him outside and shot the victim.

Officers say the suspect left the scene, but after his mother and officers contacted him, he returned to the scene and surrendered himself.
