TULSA - A Tulsa police officer was involved in an overnight crash in midtown Tulsa Thursday night.
Officers were responding to a call regarding a man with a gun at the Canyon Creek Apartments.
One of the officers was driving East on 51st Street when a pedestrian ran across the street.
The car in front of the officer applied the brakes to avoid hitting the pedestrian.
The officer was unable to stop and rear-ended the car. Neither the officer or the driver of the other vehicle were injured.
