Tulsa Police said a 4-year-old was found safe after being reported missing early Monday morning.
Police said the mother of the child left the Silver Springs Apartment around 4:30 a.m. to go to the store.
Police think the child left through the front door around 5 a.m.
Police said the child was found by someone and they called police.
The child is currently in DHS custody, police said.
Police said they are investigating, but said they don't believe anyone will be going to jail.
