TULSA — According to Tulsa Police Department, a man was shot by a suspect who reportedly was attempting to break into cars.
Police say the victim had just flagged down a security guard, when he came across the two suspects before the shooting.
Police say one of the suspects shot the victim in the leg at an apartment complex near 81st and South Mingo.
The suspects ran off and officers are tracking them down, police say.
