TULSA, Okla. — Tulsa police are investigating after a man was shot near 68th and Peoria on Friday night.
Officers say the shooting, which took place at the Brandy Chase Condominiums around 9:30 p.m., ended with a man suffering life-threatening injuries after he was shot multiple times.
The victim has been transported to a local hospital and is expected to recover.
A male shooting suspect, Aaurthur Gaines, is in custody according to police.
The original dispute between the victim and Gaines started over a parking spot in the Brandy Chase Complex.
Gaines and the victim have had an ongoing dispute and are both residents of the complex.
A 9mm pistol was recovered at the scene.
Gaines is charged with shooting with intent to kill.
