TULSA — A man has been taken into custody and booked for peeping Tom with the use of an electronic device, according to Tulsa police.
On Nov. 21, police responded to a call in reference to a disturbance in a women's restroom.
Reports show a woman was using the restroom when a cell phone was placed below her from the stall next to her.
The woman said the phone was recording, or taking a picture, of her using the restroom and a man was recording her from the adjacent stall.
Reports show the victim "got up, shouted, and called the police."
When officers arrived, they spoke with the man, 26-year-old Kevonis Speight.
Speight was taken to the Detective Division where he was questioned and admitted to doing this before.
From there, reports say, Speight was taken to David L. Moss and booked for peeping Tom with the use of an electronic device.
