TULSA – A man wanted in relation to a report of shots fired was taken into custody this week after police reportedly found drugs in his vehicle.
Tulsa police say Marco Callejas-Gaytan was wanted in connection to reports of shots fired at Tacos Don Francisco located at 7900th East 21st Street on September 4.
He was obtained by police after a witness identified him as the suspect. Police say they discovered marijuana and cocaine in his vehicle.
Investigators also obtained information that led them to search Callejas-Gaytan’s house where they located three firearms believed to be used in the shots fired incident. They say they also discovered equipment reportedly stolen from a federal agent.
Callejas was arrested on 12 felony and two misdemeanor counts with bonds totaling over $220 K, reports Tulsa police.
