Tulsa police said a man has been arrested for murdering two brothers outside midtown Tulsa business.
Ondriel Smith was charged with the murders of Keith and Glynn Williams, who were shot outside the DaVita Dialysis Clinic near 41st and Yale on September 5, police said.
Police said Smith was already in jail for shooting two people at Incredible Pizza and a shooting with intent to kill warrant from April.
