TULSA - Police arrested a man after a shooting and standoff Saturday morning at an apartment complex on South Quincy Avenue.
The victim says he went to the suspect's apartment to settle an earlier argument. The victim says while inside the apartment, the suspect fired at him. The bullet grazed the side of the victim's face and ear.
Police say the victim then left the apartment to call police. Officers made contact with the suspect and arrested Larry Jamison. Jamison was booked into the Tulsa County jail.
