Tulsa Police have issued a Silver Alert for a missing Tulsa man.
Police said 88-year-old Chris Hoornstra was last seen Monday at 6 a.m. in the area of 9000 block of East 26th Place.
Hoornstra was last seen wearing a dark tan coat, tan pants and a shirt driving a 2008 Ford vehicle.
If you see Mr. Hoornstra, you are asked to contact 911.
