TULSA — Police are investigating another shooting in Tulsa where a bullet grazed the victim at Hicks Park.
Authorities say it happened around 2 a.m. Sunday, while the victim was sitting inside a car near East 31st Street and South Mingo.
Officers say the victim got into a fight with two men.
Then one of them opened fire and shot at the victim's car three times, shattering the back window.
The victim's leg was grazed by a bullet and he was treated at the scene.
Authorities say the victim is not cooperating in the investigation.
