Tulsa Police are investigating a shooting at the Edenwood Apartments in north Tulsa late Monday night.
Police responded to the scene around 11:45 p.m. Monday on North Hartford Avenue near East Virgin Street.
When officers arrived, they found a man with two gunshot wounds. He was taken to the hospital in stable condition, and he's expected to recover.
Investigators say the victim was inside a pickup truck when he was struck by two bullets. After he was shot, the victim crashed the truck into an apartment and a car that was parked outside.
During the crime scene investigation, officers found two apartments had bullet holes as well as a parked vehicle.
Witnesses told police that a group of people were running inside the apartment complex opening fire. By the time officers arrived, they fled the scene.
