Tulsa Police are investigating a shooting at the Edenwood Apartments in north Tulsa late Monday night.

Police responded to the scene around 11:45 p.m. Monday on North Hartford Avenue near East Virgin Street.

When officers arrived, they found a man with two gunshot wounds. He was taken to the hospital in stable condition, and he's expected to recover.

Investigators say the victim was inside a pickup truck when he was struck by two bullets. After he was shot, the victim crashed the truck into an apartment and a car that was parked outside.

During the crime scene investigation, officers found two apartments had bullet holes as well as a parked vehicle.

Witnesses told police that a group of people were running inside the apartment complex opening fire. By the time officers arrived, they fled the scene.

There's no good suspect description at this time. If you know any information that could help the investigation, please contact the Tulsa Police Department.
