TULSA - Police are investigating a possible missing child and stolen vehicle case in east Tulsa.

Officers say they responded to a report of a stolen vehicle at a home near 27th and Mingo on Monday.

The victim said that her 2011 silver Chevy Camaro was taken from the Sierra Point Apartments near I-44 and Garnett earlier in the day.

She said a suspected local prostitute named D'Andre Wood took the vehicle without her permission but could not provide any proof that she owns the car.

The victim says she was watching a 2-month-old girl with special needs and the child was in the vehicle when it was taken.

The victim says the child's father, only known as 'Ray', is a heroin dealer. Police say he did not answer the phone when officers called him. They also say the suspected prostitute did not answer the phone either.

Officers say it's unclear if the child is still missing or was ever missing at all.

Officers are still trying to reach the father and locate the car and child.

The car has Oklahoma tag number 374-HOV.
