Tulsa Police said they are investigating a homicide after a man died following an incident outside a midtown convenience store Wednesday night.
Officers said a male victim was transported to a local hospital and later died after two individuals were having a loud conversation outside the Ryan Convenience Store when a gray SUV pulled out at a high-rate of speed and ended up dragging the victim for a short distance.
Police said they do not know if this was an accident or if the individual in the SUV was aware that the victim was being dragged.
This is still an ongoing investigation, police said.
