Tulsa police said they have identified the homicide victim in Monday's shooting in north Tulsa.
Police said the victim was 27-year-old Kenneth Hardrict.
Police said the shooting happened in the 300 block of W. 46th Place North.
Officials said the investigation is ongoing.
