TPD: Identified man killed in deadly Norvell Park shooting

TULSA — According to Tulsa police, the man who was killed in the Norvell Park deadly shooting, on November 16, has been identified.

On November 16, 18-year-old Montevion Hall was found dead by police in a car at 2700 North Norwood.

Suspect Phillip Moment was in the car with Hall when police arrived, officers say.

Phillip Moment has been charged with felony murder in connection to Hall's death.
