TULSA — Tulsa Police Department's Homicide Division confirms a body has been found in a storm drain near Tulsa Hills.
Homicide has been called out to investigate near 71st and Olympia.
Sgt. Watkins says they do not believe this is a homicide, instead they believe it could be a missing person.
