TULSA--Tulsa Police arrest a man in connection with a September 2017 shooting death.
Robert Cowan is behind bars and facing a charge of first degree murder.
TPD says Walter Hogan died after being shot outside of a convenience store near 36th and North Peoria.
Another victim was shot in the leg. Cowan is due in court next week.
