TULSA — A man is behind bars this morning following a bomb scare near a flea market in east Tulsa.
Joshua David was arrested near Admiral and Mingo over the weekend after officers say they found him walking away from a stolen truck with an explosive device inside.
David scheduled to appear in court on Friday.
