TULSA — Tulsa police say they've made an arrested in connection to a 2013 homicide.

In Sept. 2013, police say Tyler Gragg was murdered from a shotgun wound to the back near 51st and Peoria.

Until this week the case has remained unsolved, police say.

Police say the arrest was made after new information was unearthed and the case was re-examined, and witnesses and suspects were re-interviewed.

Detectives say they walked a warrant through on 40-year-old James Dawson Bishop for the murder of Gragg.

Police say the new evidence showed that Bishop, and another suspect who has since died, shot and killed Gragg during a robbery.

Police say Bishop is currently in a Texas prison and is being held pending extradition to Oklahoma.
