Tulsa Police are investigating after a 2-year-old fell out of a moving vehicle at 41st and Sheridan after 5 p.m. on Saturday.
The child was taken to an area hospital and the toddler was in good condition, according to police.
After further investigation, officers arrested the child's father, 29-year-old Matthew Long.
Investigators say there was a car seat inside the vehicle, but the child may not have been fastened in the car seat.
