TULSA- A 17-year-old girl was arrested Sunday after she reportedly stole a car outside a Quik-Stop at 1115 East 61st Street.

TPD says a man left his Chevy Impala running while he went inside the store, that's when the teen got into the car and drove off.

The victim got into a friend's car and began chasing the teen. The man called police and an officer pulled the teenage girl over near a Domino's Pizza at 51st and West 33rd Ave.

Officers say she jumped out of the vehicle, but police were able to capture her.

Police say the teen was arrested on a complaint of car theft, and the car was returned to the victim.
