TULSA — According to Tulsa police, officers responded to a stabbing at a QuikTrip near South Denver Ave.

Police learned that the victim was inside the store suffering from knife wounds Monday night.

The victim says after the assault, the suspect ran from the scene.

The victim was able to give a description of the suspect before being transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Police say they found the suspect a short distance away from the scene.

Surveillance videos of the crime show that the police have the right suspect in custody, police say.

The suspect, Clifton Grayson, was taken to Tulsa County Jail and booked for assault with a deadly weapon.
