TULSA - An investigation is underway after a video of NASCAR racer Tony Stewart surfaced showing the racer getting into an argument with a fan.
The video shows Stewart confronting Tulsa County Sheriff's Corporal Kyle Hess at the Chili Bowl.
Deputy Justin Green says Hess's conduct is under investigation, but did not comment any further.
