It's been more than a year since Robert Bever and Michael Bever were arrested for the stabbing deaths of five of their family members.

On September 7,Robert plead guilty and was sentenced to life in jail, without the possibility of parole. Michael was given a not guilty plea and his trial is scheduled for June of next year, with a mental evaluation scheduled for this October.
The two are accused of killing of their mother, April Bever, father, David Bever, and three siblings, Daniel Bever, 12, Christopher Bever, 7, and Victoria Bever, 5.
