Tulsa Thunder fans are passionate about the Russell Westbrook trade but say it's not all bad blood.
A group standing outside popular sports bar Elgin park had a lot to say about the news.
"I was heartbroken, I mean I've grown up watching him play and really fell in love with the thunder." Says Jeff Jordan.
While Jordan and his friends say it's hard to see Russ go, they don't have any hard feelings. "I'm honestly pretty happy for him. I think that he's going to a good situation." Says Jordan Hill.
In fact, the group says they'll all be keeping their Westbrook gear. That's a stark contrast from when all-star Kevin Durant left 3 years ago.
"Well Durant you know, led us to a loss we were up 3 to 1 and then he just bounced last day of free agency. Russ stuck around , signed a long term contract and really helped build that team." Says Jordan.
However, fans tell 2 Works for you, they won't be rushing to a game over at Chesapeake Arena any time soon.
