Broken Arrow police looking for multiple suspects in 'gang-related' shooting

BROKEN ARROW, Okla. — Broken Arrow police released new information about the deadly shooting on Sunday.

Officers said the male who died was 16-years-old. The two female victims have since been treated and are recovering.

Information gathered in the investigation points BAPD to believe the victims were targeted and said there is no ongoing threat to the Melinda Park Neighborhood.

Detectives are asking the public to call their non-emergency number at (918) 259-8400 if they have any information that may help their investigation.

Officers said they are looking for multiple suspects in the shooting and believe they were in a white Ford Focus when the shooting occurred.

Broken Arrow police say one man is dead and a woman is in the hospital after a shooting involving three people near 61st and Garnett.

Police responded to a call about shots being fired around 4:00 p.m. When officers arrived they saw two women and one man injured.

One woman received treatment while the two others went to the hospital. The man later died.

Detectives are still looking for possible suspects.
