One man has died after suffering stab wounds following a reported fight at a south Tulsa bar, says police.
The 27 year old man received a stab wound to the head on September 18 at Suture’s bar located at 7133 South Yale.
Tulsa police went on to report that two other suspects were reportedly involved in the time but, so far, no one has been arrested. The altercation is believed to have started when the victim was walking to a parked vehicle, with a person already in the driver’s seat, and another man was walking towards his vehicle at the same time.
Words were exchanged between the two men, reports TPD, and the victim was attacked. The driver of the vehicle the victim was getting into then got out of the car and attempted to assist the victim.
Tulsa police report that all three of the people involved in the fight were stabbed.Police say the other two people who were stabbed appeared to be stable. All three were transported to the hospital.
Police don't believe anyone else was involved in the fight.
The manager at Suture's Bar says they provided security footage to police to aid with the investigation.
