OWASSO, Okla. -- Three men were arrested Tuesday morning after police say they found drugs in a vehicle the men were driving.
Police received a call that the men were acting suspicious at McDonalds in Owasso. When police responded they found Houston Brown, Eric Beaty and William Smith sitting in a car in the parking lot with three children.
Brown told officers his wallet had been stolen and they were looking for it. When police asked for identification, all three men, including Brown, took out their wallets.
Police say they found marijuana, oxycodone and drug paraphernalia in the vehicle. All three men were arrested on complaints of child abuse possession of drugs.
