Three suspects are in custody for a 2015 Muskogee murder.

In May 2015 a parole officer doing sex offender checks found 26-year-old John Guenther shot to death in the middle of a street.

A witness told police she'd seen three men force Guenther into an SUV.

Muskogee County district attorney says Thristian Hunter, Mark Logan and Benrick Carter Jr. are all facing murder and conspiracy charges.

Logan was already in prison after a jury found him guilty of Guenther's kidnapping earlier this year.
