Another person charged in the death of a Talala man who went missing has been sentenced for accessory to murder.
Following his guilty plea, Sidney Randall was sentenced to spend twenty years behind bars in regards to the death of 27-year-old Chazz Holly.
Holly went missing during the summer of 2015 and was later found dead along a highway near Antlers in Pushmataha County. Investigators believe that Holly was forced into the bed of a truck and later died from complications of being stuck inside for several hours on a hot day.
Vernon Smith was sentenced to life in prison after being convicted of first degree murder. William Garrett, another suspect, was sentenced to twenty years behind bars as well for accessory after the murder.
Another suspect, James Jones, is scheduled to be in court on July 8 for a motion hearing.
