TULSA – A local university was named among the world’s best small universities for 2016.
The University of Tulsa was among those chosen, coming in at number 15 on the list.
Universities were ranked by Times Higher Education and among the factors considered were degree programs and learning environment.
The California Institute of Technology came in first on the list.
