TPD looks for new case leads at Tulsa State Fair

Posted

TULSA - The Tulsa Police Department is using the state fair to help solve some of their cold cases as well as missing persons cases.

They'll have a booth at the fair from 5 to 9 p.m. where they will give a presentation on one of their cold cases from 1990, and detectives will also be on seen answering questions.

This is the third year they effort this in hopes of finding new leads and get criminals off the streets.

In the past, they've even collected DNA samples from people.

The booth will be located on the upper level of the River Spirit Expo near the west end of the building.
