TULSA, Okla. - The third annual Tulsa Balloon Festival kicks off Wednesday night with carnival rides, food, music and dozens of colorful hot air balloons.

It starts at 5 p.m. with a balloon glow at 8 p.m.

This year's event takes place on 77th and Lewis right next to Victory Church.

Admission is free, and parking is $20 per vehicle.

Proceeds will go toward local charities that help education.
