TULSA - The Rock 'n Rib Festival is back this year outside the BOK Center.
There are six award-winning BBQ restaurants from different states, including last year's ribs winner, Desperado's BBQ and Ribs Company from Ohio.
The Pitmaster, Donna Rice, says they love coming to the festival and having a special "Tulsa item" every year.
Last year's was fried balogna and this year it is fried okra.
The organizers of the event expect to see more than 40,000 people attend the festival throughout the four days.
It's free to get in and food prices vary by BBQ stand.
There's a $25 all-you-can-drink Whiskey Tent.
