The director of the Oklahoma Geological Survey, Jeremy Boak, and his staff are trying to predict where big quakes will hit next in Oklahoma by looking at data of recent quakes.

Boak says there are undiscovered fault lines across the state.

"We've been working hard to delineate as many faults as we can in Oklahoma. We've issued a map and we know there are gaps because it's difficult to find the faults when they don't break all the way to the surface," explains Boak.

They are working closely with oil and gas industry experts looking at fault lines that have been more defined by recent earthquakes.

A couple of oil and gas wastewater disposal wells near Edmond have been ordered to reduce their disposal volume by at least 25 percent.
