The Cherokee Nation annual car show

The Cherokee Nation holiday celebration also included the annual car show.

There were dozens of vehicles, some even as far back to the 1940's.

People from all over Oklahoma and surrounding states came out just for this show.

Those who help put together the event say it's a process to get everything in place but also tell us it's worth every second.

Mitchell Duvall is an organizer for the event and told us "It's always a joy to see the craftsmanship and detail that is given to a restoration on the vehicle, the custom vehicles, they just do a great job when they do that"

At the end of the show, several awards were handed out.
