TULSA, Okla. — According to officals with ONG, crews are in the area working on repairs. At this time there is no set time for completion.
Fire crews have been maintaining command, police have been protecting roadways, and ONG has been in the water fixing the pipe, officials say.
AEP has restored all power, crews say.
The eastbound lane at 11th and Mingo Creek is now open.

A gas leak has closed the intersection of East 11th and South Mingo Road on Friday.
About 168 customers are without electric, according to the Public Service Company of Oklahoma.
Officials with Oklahoma Natural Gas said there are about ten customers without power.
Crews are hoping to get the repairs fixed in the area by midnight to 1:30 a.m., officials said.
ONG confirmed that a third party hit a line caused the gas leak.
