TULSA — Breaking overnight, a Tulsa man wakes up only to find his garage is on fire.
This happened just after 2 a.m. near 41st and Southwest Boulevard.
Firefighters tell us the man claims he was assaulted and knocked unconscious an hour before they arrived on scene.
Firefighters were able to to get the fire put out and say the majority of the house was unaffected except for smoke damage.
Fire crews found the man in his backyard but say he appeared to be uninjured.
There is no word on what sparked the fire.
