Tulsa Fire Department is working to figure out what started an early morning apartment fire that damaged about 20 units.
The multiple-alarm fire, at the Windsail Apartments near 71st and Mingo, forced several of it's residents from their home.
Fire crews were able to get the fire out quickly and spent time making sure there were no hot spots in the building.
Because of social distancing rules we are told those forced from their homes took shelter in their cars as they waited. The Red Cross is helping them with shelter and other needs, and the apartment management is working to place them at other properties
Tulsa Fire says 7 units were affected by the fire and 13 units were damaged by water and smoke.
