TULSA – A teenager is reportedly facing a felony robbery charged after attempting to steal a vehicle, reports Tulsa police.

The incident started when two suspects approached a woman outside of her apartment near 31st and 108th Avenue demanding her keys. Police say the teen suspect allegedly implied they had a weapon and when the woman gave her keys, the pair drove off.

Eventually the stolen car was located at the Summer Stone duplexes, reports Tulsa police.

A 16-year-old believed to be connected to the robbery was arrested at the duplexes despite police reportedly not finding a weapon.

"If somebody is in such fear of their live because they believe somebody has a weapon even though that person doesn't have a weapon, that's the fear factor."

Officers also set up a perimeter in the neighborhood in an attempt to try and track the another suspect.

After knocking on doors, using K9 officers and searching several duplexes, they were not able to find the second suspect.
