TULSA – Deputies are investigating after a man called to say a woman was stabbed in his backyard.
The man told the Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office that he went into his backyard, after hearing a commotion, to find two women arguing on Wednesday around 11 a.m. near the 1100th block of East 59th Place North.
When he went inside to put up his dog, he returned to find one of the women with a stab wound while the suspect reportedly rode away northbound on a bicycle.
Deputies report that the stabbing victim was a 29-year-old woman. She was transported to a nearby hospital in serious condition.
