Two restaurants, a gym and a bar are some of the businesses opening in a brick-wall building across the street from Andolini's Pizzeria by the end of July.
The developer of this $6.5 million project, Duane Phillips, says the businesses will create between 60 and 90 jobs.
This is on top of the more than 300 jobs already created in construction and architecture alone.
The first floor will have restaurant chains Noodles and Company and Taziki's Mediterranean Cafe as well as locally-owned restaurant and bar, The Roosevelts.
There will be a gym and office space on the second floor of the building.
The development is located at 1551 E. 15th Street.
