TULSA - "But we refuse to believe that the bank of justice is bankrupt. We refuse to believe there are insufficient funds in the great vaults of opportunity of this nation."

Employees of ONE Gas were treated to Sydnee Dickson's rendition of Martin Luther King, Jr.'s "I Have a Dream" speech Thursday.

Dickson, a sophomore at Booker T. Washington High School, is the winner of the Martin Luther King, Jr. Oratorical Contest.

The contest is for high school students in Tulsa and surrounding areas. Participants are judged on enunciation, voice quality, delivery, stage presence and memorization.
